STEP 01
BOOK YOUR SESSION
once you have selected the session package you want to book, you CAN BOOK DIRECTLY ON MY WEBSITE BY CLICKING "BOOK NOW" UNDER YOUR PREFERRED PACKAGE. YOU will BE PROMPTED TO pick your session date and TIME.
STEP 02
FORMS & FEES
ONCE YOUR INQUIRY IS ACCEPTED, YOU WILL fill out your QUESTIONNAIRE form AND SENIOR CONTRACT. this form will collect your contact info in addition to your session preferences. YOU WILL ALSO RECEIVE A LINK TO MAKE YOUR RETAINER FEE PAYMENT TO RESERVE YOUR SESSION SLOT.
STEP 03
CONSULT CALL
ONCE ALL PREVIOUS STEPS HAVE BEEN COMPLETED, YOU'LL OFFICIALLY BE ON MY CALENDAR! ONCE YOU'RE ON MY BOOKS, YOU'LL BE ABLE TO SCHEDULE YOUR COMPLIMENTARY CONSULTATION CALL (AVAILABLE AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE). THIS IS WHEN WE WILL PICK YOUR LOCATION AND DISCUSS THE DETAILS OF YOUR SESSION.
STEP 04
SESSION + IMAGE RETURN
THE BIG DAY! AFTER WE SHOOT YOUR SESSION, YOUR FINAL PAYMENT WILL BE DUE. FULL GALLERY RETURN WILL BE WITHIN 3 WEEKS OF YOUR SESSION DATE.
FAQ
what is your retainer fee policy?
retainer fees will be 25% of your total session cost (plus a 1.5% online service charge) and will be due at the time of booking to reserve your session date. this payment will be non-refundable as a reservation for my time and services. the remaining 75% is due on the day of your senior session after the session is completed.
what is your rescheduling policy?
in the event of poor weather conditions or a personal emergency, we will compare our calendars and reschedule your session to my next available shoot date. no biggie!
poor weather conditions for sessions may look like: rain, high winds, excessive heat, or intense UV/sunlight.
where will i change if my session is outdoors?
I have a private pop-up tent for easy outfit changes!
do you sell prints?
yes! photo prints are not included in any seniors by grace packages, but are available for purchase separately. you will have the option to order prints throughout the life of your online photo gallery. printing through your online gallery link offers convenience and cost-effective peace of mind.
can i buy more images than my package includes?
yes! additional images, whether you want to buy more images overall or convert dedicated black and white images to color (or vice-versa), are available for purchase.
you can either purchase as an add-on during booking or i can send an invoice after you receive your gallery. pricing may vary.
what does gallery "hosting" mean?
the term “hosting” refers to how long your gallery link is hosted on my site. for example, if your senior experience package indicates a 30-day hosting included, your gallery link will be active for those 30-days from image return, then will expire and no longer be accessible afterwards.
i encourage all clients to download their galleries right away to multiple safe locations. popular suggestions include: mobile device photo apps, device cloud storage, and hard drives.
a $25 gallery reactivation fee will be charged for any requests to reupload galleries after their expiration date.
do you travel for sessions?
YES! I TRAVEL ALL OVER MINNESOTA EACH YEAR, IN ADDITION TO OTHER STATES AS REQUESTED FOR SENIOR SESSIONS. IF YOU’RE INTERESTED IN HIRING ME FOR A TRAVEL SHOOT, FEDERAL MILEAGE rate FEES MAY APPLY DEPENDING ON YOUR REQUESTED LOCATION.
